Case 6 Patient initially arrived with CC of mobile anterior teeth #8 and #11. At the time #10 was cantilevered and exhibited excess torque upon mastication. Patient was completely treatment planned and desired partials to replace other missing teeth. I diagnosed occlusal trauma and put the patient in a 3-unit temporary FPD to evaluate periodontal stability. Mobility resolved within 8 weeks. Preps on teeth #8 and #11 were refined and a surveyed FPD was fabricated.Surveyed FPD was shade matched to patients previous PFM crowns from > 20 years ago. RPD seats were prepared and final impressions taken using alginate. Master casts were poured in high-strength, low expansion die stone.
